* Size preference changes after order confirmation

## Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon delivery:

* Contact us within *24 hours of receiving your order*
* Share your *order number*
* Provide an *unboxing video* and *clear photos*

After review and verification, Dubai Wali Baji may offer:

* Exchange (subject to availability)

## Custom & Prepaid Orders

Custom-made, pre-order, and reserved installment orders are *final sale* and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once confirmed.
